Welcome to the newly redesigned It’s Delizious!! I am so excited to be back up and running, armed with so many recipes from the past few weeks that I am ready to share with you!
To kickoff the launch, I am starting with my first ever GIVEAWAY! I often talk about different appliances that I use, my favorite of which has to be my Cuisinart Air Fryer. It fries, it bakes, it toasts…and does it all and with basically no added fat! I feel like an infomercial, but I am serious. This is an amazing machine.
It has been so useful in making healthy food that my kids love – fish sticks and chicken nuggets are crispy, sweet potato fries and broccoli tots are crunchy. For my hubby and I, I use it to make cripsy parmesan chicken for chicken milanese, or beautifully “fried” eggplant for eggplant parmesan.
